Players may request a full refund for the Astrofall ALL Pass within 14 days of the original purchase date.

What to include in a request

Include the Google account email used for the purchase, the receipt or order reference if available, and a short reason so support can identify the transaction and the current entitlement state.

What happens after approval

Approved refunds revoke the ALL Pass from the same account. Personal flight logs remain in the account, but the premium worlds and ships are removed once the refund is confirmed.
